The staff was incredibly welcoming and helped enhance my experience, making me feel like part of their family. Although the pool area was a bit smaller than I expected, the friendly service and stunning views more than compensated for it.

While the staff, especially the concierges and restaurant team, consistently impressed me, the room I stayed in could use some updates. Additionally, getting around the hotel was sometimes tricky due to steep pathways, but the views made up for it.
